Kinstretch is a group class designed to be a “comprehensive joint training system”.

In Kinstretch we train to do anything, to prepare the body for whatever life throws at it. It has 3 main goals:

Functional mobility: joint strength and neuromuscular (body) control

Articular Resilience: increase joint load bearing capacity, leading to greater resilience to injuries.

Articular Health: improve overall joint health and longevity

Instructor: Zach Deckelbaum

Zach’s deep curiosity for movement fuels his passion for coaching. Graduating with a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware, Zach’s early years as a trainer were formed by lacrosse and weightlifting. After spending four years as a personal trainer and group strength and conditioning coach, Zach became a FRC mobility specialist and Kinstretch instructor. Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion. Zach’s coaching philosophy is simple: with movement control and confidence, anyone can be an athlete.
