Chrysetta Stevens

Background: Chrysetta was a dancer and gymnast growing up. After earning her degree in dance, she completed her fitness credentials and now helps clients learn how to feel their best through movement.

Imani Ogobuiro

Background: Imani grew up as a dancer and athlete in Michigan. She has taught barre and HIIT classes and recently added Pilates to her repertoire.

Background: A classically trained ballet dancer, Teri incorporated Pilates into her fitness practice early on. Her career also includes time as a stage and film choreographer, and she created BARRE SET GO, which combines Pilates and ballet.

Dr. Marvin Hayag, DPT, OCS, NCPT
