Join Our In-Studio Reformer Pilates Classes in Miami

Our group Reformer classes and private, 1-on-1 sessions are performed on the Pilates Reformer or other Pilates Equipment.
They are designed to give you a full-body workout using the resistance of the Reformers and small props. Our group classes and private sessions are taught by experienced instructors and physical therapists.

Class Descriptions

Fundamental Flow (Entry Level)

Building strength from the ground up.
Learn the essentials of Pilates; focusing on alignment, breath, and core connection. Slower-paced and supportive, this class helps you move confidently and safely while establishing your foundation. This is a great workout for beginners, people recovering from injury, pre or post natal clients or anyone that feels they need just a little added attention in a group setting!

Everyday Flow (All Levels)

Move well, feel strong, every day.
A balanced, full-body class designed for every level. Expect a blend of strength, stability, flexibility, and flow that builds energy and leaves you feeling centered and strong. It will include exercises to challenge a variety of levels. Everybody is welcome for this class.

Empower Flow (Bridge to Intermediate)

Challenge your strength. Find your flow.
A step up in pace and intensity from our Everyday Flow (All Levels) class. This class builds on your foundation with creative sequences, deeper core engagement, and controlled transitions that develop stamina and confidence. This class is designed for clients who have been attending Pilates for a minimum of 2 months and have a solid understanding of the proper use of the reformer, spring tension, and basic exercises. Clients must be able to change springs independently, have good standing balance, and be able to perform the basic exercises without assistance.  This class is not suited for clients who require many modifications or are new to Pilates reformer classes.

Intermediate Flow

Elevate your strength, precision, and power.
A dynamic, full-body progression of the Reformer series for experienced movers. Expect layered sequences, increased resistance, and an emphasis on precision, stability, and flow. You should have completed 6 months of Pilates prior to advancing to this class and should feel comfortable with all the basic exercises prior to entering this class. You should not require assistance to perform any basic exercise including hundreds, roll ups, short spine, plank or standing work as well as be free of injury. Please do not sign up for this class if you are: a new client, have an injury, are pre/post natal, or are under 18 years of age.

Advanced Flow

Move with mastery. Flow with control.
The ultimate challenge for advanced practitioners. Fast-paced, strength-driven, and deeply focused on technique  - this class pushes your endurance and coordination while maintaining Pilates precision and grace. Clients should have at least 1 year of consistent Pilates experience and be able to perform the following exercises without assistance and be free of any injuries: Short Spine, Long Spine, Roll Up, Hundreds, Bridging, Plank, Standing Series, and Roll Overs. Instructor permission required to enter this class.

This level will continue to progress the Reformer series by increasing difficulty through varied resistance, speed and coordination. Clients should have at least 1 year of consistent Pilates experience and be able to perform the following exercises without assistance and be free of any injuries...Short Spine, Long Spine, Roll Up, Hundreds, Bridging, Plank, Standing Series, and Roll Overs. Instructor permission required to enter this class.

Fusion Flow (Strength & Reformer)

Where Pilates meets power.

A creative fusion of Reformer Pilates and functional strength training using props, Barre, cardio, weights, and bands. Expect a powerful, full-body workout that blends mindful control with modern movement for a strong, sculpted, and energized feel. The playlists alone make this fun! Please do not sign up for this class if you are: a new client, have an injury, are pre/post natal, or are under 18 years of age.

The Mixed Flow

This mixed equipment class includes work on the mat, springboard (tower), and Pilates chair, and is an excellent supplement to our Reformer classes! This class is small (maximum 4 students)  and designed to keep YOU in mind as you strengthen by using different equipment while still practicing the Pilates method. This class includes exercises to challenge a variety of fitness and ability levels. All levels are welcome for this class. Of note, clients must be able to get on/off the floor independently to participate.
